Wongawilli: A new village emerges

Sharing its postcode with the better known suburb of Dapto, it has stepped out from the shadow of its surrounds with its own character and identity stemming from its rich coal mining and dairy farming history.

Flowing on from it’s past, there still remains a number of grazing paddocks set amongst expansive semi-rural style blocks with homesteads giving view to Lake Illawarra and even out to the ocean.  

Wongawilli is quietly positioned between coast and country and is a prospering village with a difference.

Vista Park at Wongawilli developed by Sheargold Property Developments comprises detailed design features, guidelines to encourage Australian colonial architecture as well as high levels of sustainability through the EnviroDevelopment certification – the first project in NSW to receive full honours.
