“We have pizza, pasta, arancini, and mussels in a napoletana sugo as well as veal and chicken dishes,” owner and manager Adrian Giuliani said. “But our most popular dish has proven to be pasta served in a pecorino cheese wheel.
“We have recently introduced an Italian inspired vegan menu as a result of locals’ request and the feedback has been great. Our range of Italian cocktails, beers and wines are popular too and we can accommodate for people with gluten intolerances.”
This family pizza restaurant first opened in August 2017 and Adrian jumped at this opportunity when it was presented to him.

“We are honest and passionate, we love what we do,” he said. “Hospitality is in our blood and we’ve been in the Illawarra for over 40 years. We are a family restaurant and our focus is family dining and it has been for over 40 years.
“We want that feeling of when you go into nonna’s house - where she would cook up a feast and you would sit, laugh and enjoy the company you have around you.
“We want customers to feel that we care about what we do - this is why my mum and dad have been successful in all their restaurants.
“I'm a third generation restaurateur and it all started with my nonna. It carried through to my mum and dad when they opened their first restaurant with my nonna in the 70s in Wollongong.”
“Top specialities would be pasta served in a pecorino cheese wheel, my father’s Giulio’s secret pizza recipe and my mother’s osso buco recipe,” Adrian said. “We also have our staple menu and our chef’s seasonal specials that change weekly.”
Delectable desserts include homemade tiramisu, gelato, sorbet and nutella tim tam pizzas plus dessert cocktails such as limoncello martini and digestifs. Cin Cin also have tasty vegan desserts.
The pre theatre or early bird deal starts at 5pm from Wednesday to Sunday. It’s your choice of pizza or pasta with house beer or wine for $26 plus $10 cocktails. Also kids eat free Sunday lunch.
The restaurant can cater for group bookings up to 80 people with set menus available.
“We look forward to providing the community with a place where they can continue to enjoy the food and hospitality in the future,” Adrian said.
