An Oz Sim Expo is on today and tomorrow.
It is the first time that HARS Aviation Museum has engaged in the simulation style entertainment.
And it fits in well with the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society’s fleet of historic aircraft.
HARS volunteers have been saying to see and use a flight simulator within the same building as the historic planes will will only add to the impressive experience of visiting the museum.
Australian Airforce Cadets 314 and 338 SQN will be among the 17 exhibitors this weekend.
The Oz Sim Expo is open both days from 10am to 4pm.
Flight Experience has come on board as a major sponsor allowing the event to be held at the HARS Aviation Museum at Illawarra Regional Airport for the first time.
Deputy event director Dan Hammond said Flight Experience was also giving away 10 of their CityFlyer 60 minute experiences in a full-scale Boeing 737 Simulator.
“We are excited to welcome Flight Experience to the Oz Flight Sim Expo and we are thankful for the support they are providing to the 2018 Event, ” he said.
