Danny Frino set the tone with a three sets to one victory over Danny Ireland, before Ray Payne also secured a 3-1 win over Elvir Dozo.
It meant Gavin Borg was not required to take on Nathan Quill as Raptors clinched the title.
Raptors had moved straight into the grand final after finishing on top of the Illawarra ladder with 154 points, ahead of Superoos on 142 and Eagles on 139, who bowed out in the preliminary final. Payne was rated as the league’s top player, while Roos’ Rob Pezzutto was clearly the competition’s most improved.
The decider comes just a week after Sydney’s Peter Bastow outlasted Illawarra rival Troy Mountford to win the NSW Masters at Dapto and Lakeside.
The autumn pennant will be begin in February with social competitions continuing during the Christmas-New Year period.
