If the party wins the May 18 election, Cunningham MP Sharon Bird said it will deliver $50 million in funding for the road.
This comes on the back of earlier promises of $55 million for Appin Road and $50 million for the Maldon-Dombarton rail line.
Ms Bird said the trio of promises will help deal with crucial road and rail issues in the Illawarra.
"We were going to plan for all of the infrastructure and we are responding to the many local groups, the business chamber, the RDA and so forth that have put this on the agenda," Ms Bird said.

"Also Infrastructure Australia and the NSW government reports say we need all this infrastructure to be upgraded for our region not to bevonme a bottleneck.
The funds would be included in the first Labor budget and, while the NSW government would decide which Picton Road projects would be funded, Ms Bird hoped it would focus on saving lives.
"I would really like to see the safety aspect prioritised - overtaking lanes, safety barriers - the sorts of things that help separate traffic and address those spots where there have been crashes and, sadly, deaths," she said.
