The biggest attraction was the 1000cc Vintage Black Lightning that broke the Australian land speed record of 141.5 mph in 1953 and then a world record in 2018 when it was sold to a Tasmanian businessman for US$929,000 (AU$1.16 million) in Las Vegas.
But the record numbers also wanted to see all 300 motorcycles on show, according to organisers Antony Guillick and Mick Johnson.
"The demonstration ride where we run pre 1920 motorcycles and show how they work is very popular," Mr Guillick said.
Mr Guillick said it was the third time the event had been held in Bulli and following the latest success it will keep being held at the showground.
"We keep getting a lot more people from interstate. We had people from as far away as Perth and Mackay. It is growing in size and prestige. When we started this we had a vision and we went right around the state looking for a venue. The reason we chose Bulli is it not only has all the facilities we need. It also what we need to grow. For now and forever this is where we want to be".
This year for the first time the AMCA president Keith Kaizer flew to Australia to attend the meet.
"He wanted to check out our event and was absolutely blown away with it. He said we have quite a bit to learn from you guys," Mr Guillick said.
