It is alleged he climbed a wall on the western side of the Supreme Court complex on Gouger St just before midnight on Friday.

He entered the court via a back door and went into several offices and public areas before leaving.

Police are unsure if anything was stolen.

After releasing an image of the suspect on Saturday, a 27-year-old man of no fixed address decided to hand himself in to police.

He has been refused bail to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates court on Monday, where he will face charges of serious criminal trespass and theft.
