The 2019 Wiseman Park Singles champion beat Figtree winner Carmen Plaza 25-13 in an entertaining final.
The Illawarra Champion of Club Champion Singles featured 10 District club champions with the opening two rounds at Warilla BC and the semi-final and final at Towradgi.
Morgan is a former District Champion of Club Champion Singles winner and has won many club Singles titles in a distinguished career.
Both finalists were in great form in their quarterfinal victories with Plaza beating Woonona's Linda Adams 25-6 and Morgan defeating Fairy Meadow's Thelma Roberts 25-7.
In the other quarterfinals, Kiama's Bronwyn Campbell had a thrilling 25-23 victory over Christine Ellem (Dapto Citizens) in a marathon encounter, while Thirroul's Mary Rogers beat Kerry Robinson (Oak Flats) 25-13.
Plaza booked a spot in the final with a hard-fought 25-20 win over Rogers, while Morgan had a 25-14 win over Campbell.
Plaza was rapt to break through with her first Figtree Major Singles crown after almost two decades playing bowls. Plaza and her mother Margo Brandes also won the 2019 Illawarra Open Pairs and last month played at the State Championships.
The Illawarra Champion of Club Champion Singles featured players from Corrimal, Thirroul, Windang, Oak Flats, Figtree, Woonona, Dapto Citizens, Kiama, Wiseman Park and Fairy Meadow.
