The Devils men's division two side wrapped up the silverware with a 8-6 and 10-3 wins over Ryde-Eastwood and the UNSW Bullets respectively last Sunday.
The minor premiers will now face Easts Roosters in a semi-final on Friday night.
Wollongong's premier league side will also play in the finals after finishing the regular season in fifth spot.
The Devils lost 4-3 to Penrith but hit back with an 8-6 victory over Central Coast in Sunday's qualifier. They will now play Penrith in an elimination final.
Back home, the Corrimal Cougars opened their account with a 6-3 win over Helensburgh Tigers in the Wollongong Touch Football Association's men's premier league comp on Monday night.
The Tigers crossed first after a blistering attack from Trey Barlow and Kye Air.
However, it was the wake up call the Cougars needed, wrestling back momentum to lead 4-3 at half time. Corrimal then kept its opponent scoreless in the second half.
Cougars captain Bart Hill said he was impressed with the way his team's young guys defended.
"We were under the pump for a massive chunk of the second half and to shut them out was a huge achievement, especially given that most of our players are under the age of 20," he said.
Dapto recorded a 4-3 win over Berkeley to maintain its unbeaten run. Thirroul had the bye. In the women's division, Thirroul beat Corrimal 5-2 while Dapto forfeited against Jamberoo.
