Olympic won the men's premier league minor premiership in 2019 and came agonisingly close to obtaining more silverware, losing the Bert Bampton Cup and IPL grand finals.
Coach George Antoniou will remain at the helm next year but he admits Olympic will look to rebuild after losing several key players in the off season.
Captain Brendan Fordham and midfielder Vaughan Patterson are on the move while goalkeeper Hayden Durose has signed with the Wolves.
Yusuke Ueda, Kojiro Hori and Ikumi Saito are also set to depart the club.
"We had a decent season this year and there were clubs who were chasing our players," Antoniou said.
"We won the league this year, which was fantastic and our goal from the outset. Losing the Bampton Cup final and grand final took a little shine of what we did all year. But at the end of the day, we achieved what we wanted to do in winning the league and the club was really happy. Our president Chris Agno played a massive part in that.
"But I'm excited, it's [2020] going to be a new year for us. We have a new committee coming on board so it's going to be a little different at Olympic next year which is exciting for the club."

While a new captain is yet to be announced, there are plenty of reasons why Olympic fans should feel upbeat.
Experienced trio Dave Hartas, Jack Keating and Mark Every have re-signed while Antoniou said the club would promote plenty of youth in 2020.
"We've got a couple of young boys who have come on board and a couple of boys from our younger grades that we want to give opportunities to," he said.
"We're really excited for next season in terms of developing our kids. If we can finish mid table or higher, we will be ecstatic. There's good young players that want to come to us and we always get calls from different players who want to come to us. It's a sign that our club's strong and we're doing something right on and off the field."
Olympic players will return to the training track in January.
"I know a lot of clubs do start again in November and December but I like to give our boys a break," Antoniou said. "The comp gets tougher every year. Albion Park White Eagles and Corrimal I believe are the favourites for next season. And I think there's a few clubs chasing them at their heels.
"But at the end of the day, we're looking after us. If we can bring the kids through over the next couple of years, it will be something special for the club."
