Illawarra Premier League powerhouse Olympic will be favoured to win the clash against Fernhill, who have been relegated to the District League in 2020. And White knows it will be a tough challenge.
"Everyone's seen what they've done in the first two pool games - they dusted Bellambi [4-0] and belted Woonona [7-2]," he said.
"It's going to be a really tough game against a full-strength team. I know Olympic don't take any games easy so I'm expecting to cop the full brunt of them.
"But in saying that, we'll set up well and we'll have a crack at them. We've got nothing to lose."
Fernhill earned their spot in the Frat Cup finals with pool round wins over Berkeley Sports (1-0) and Thirroul (4-1).
White said he was pleased with his team's performances as they continued to prepare for the 2020 District League season.
"We're building slowly and getting ready for round one. Obviously with the rain that's been around, it's been a bit stop-start. But hopefully we've got a clear run now," he said.
"I'm pleased with the progression we've shown from each game. The first group game, we were a bit rusty. Second game, we seemed to be gelling better as a team.
"Obviously getting relegated, we did lose quite a few players from the senior squad. It's about getting everyone together - everyone gets along - and seeing how everyone plays together, gels as a unit and building towards round one."
In the other Frat Cup quarter finals, Shell Cove will take on Coniston, University is scheduled to meet Wollongong United and Tarrawanna faces Oak Flats.
