Emergency services were at the scene on Shellharbour Road near Reddall Parade, on the south side of Windang Bridge from 6.30am.

Three ambulance crews and a Toll ambulance helicopter were called to assess the man, who is in his late 20s, for a fractured leg and pelvic injury.
