I'd like to equip you today with some exercises that will help keep muscle tone, strength and linearity whilst not having to pick up a piece of equipment.
Please see the following exercises that could be completed for two rounds, please complete these exercises to failure. I have grouped them to specific body parts to increase the level of fatigue and effectiveness:
- Push Ups
- Tricep Dips
- Prone Hold
- Crunches
- Lunges
- Wall Squat Hold
- Squat Jumps
Remember all these exercises require no equipment at all, just yourself and a few square metres.
