United will travel to Elizabeth Park to face Bellambi, who remain undefeated in 2020. Conversely, Valic's men are yet to pick up a win.
"They're unbeaten this year so we will go there with a lot of respect and as the underdogs really," United coach Valic said.
"Some of their strengths include playing on the counter and attacking quickly, which is always difficult to contain. But we go there hoping to win the game.
"Hopefully the plan we've put in place over the week at training will hold us in stead to get a positive result."
While disappointed with his side's start to the season, Valic said United were dealing with a lot of injuries.
"Our results haven't been anywhere near as positive as I'd hoped on the resumption of this season," he said.
"I think the injuries have played their part in that. We're also a new team in terms of a lot of new players coming together and adapting to a new style. That's going to take time. If you combine those things, it's been a little bit difficult for us.
"But I'm sure over the next few weeks, once we get some players back and continue to learn at training and games, we will start to get some positive results."
