The vehicle flipped onto the concrete barrier dividing north and southbound traffic around midday, however no one was seriously injured or transported to hospital as a result of the accident.
All southbound lanes and one of two northbound lanes of the motorway were closed between Bulli Pass and Picton Road but have since reopened.
The crash site has been cleared and diversions have been lifted, but traffic remains heavy on Bulli Pass and Memorial Drive.
Motorists are still advised to allow plenty of extra travel time until the heavy traffic eases.
