A house in Bulli which has had only one owner since being built 65 years ago, will go to auction on Saturday, January 30 from 1pm.
The "immaculately cared for 65-year-old cottage" has not previously been offered for sale.
MMJ Real Estate selling agent Daniel Hastings said the cottage on 7 Beach Road, Bulli was "something special".
"It is the most immaculate 65-year-old cottage with original features I think you will ever see," Mr Hastings said.
"It is in amazing condition. It is almost like a genuine step back in time actually.
"I describe it as the next best thing to a waterfront because it is a few doors back from the waterfront but you have a reserve to the rear so it sort of protects your privacy but also your ocean aspects, in particular to the south-east."
Meantime, Roirda Harper from Ray White Gerringong, is expecting offers of more than $4 million for Lallyfee.
The 49-acre property at 177 Free Selectors Road, Foxground goes to auction on February 24. The auction will be held at Crooked River Wines in Gerringong.
"It is just a beautiful 50 acre property in Foxground which is pretty tightly held," Ms Harper said.
"It has five dams, a creek running across the front of it, it is just beautiful.
'It is rare for a property like this to be on the open market. Small acreages are really hard to come by, particularly on the coast.
"Foxground is tightly held. It is only a couple of minutes to the beaches in Gerringong or the township of Berry. It is just an ideal position."
