Also, according to development application lodged with Wollongong City Council, the April 17-18 festival will also move from its usual home of Stuart Park in North Wollongong to Fairy Meadow's Thomas Dalton Park.

The changes are part of the COVID-19 plan that is hoped will see the festival finally take place after twice being postponed.
"The success of events such as the Yours and Owls Festival and its continued support and patronage are going to be very reliant on the ability of the event owner and operator to conduct an effective risk assessment in relation to COVID-19 impacts on the event," the application's COVID-19 plan stated.
"Most importantly, the success of the event will be on the owners and operators' ability to reduce and manage identified risks to ensure the continued operation of the event whilst putting the health of all patrons, staff and spectators as the highest priority."
The COVID plan states the total capacity of the Dalton Park festival will be 14,000 people and will be divided into four separate zones capped at 3500 patrons per zone.
All patrons in each zone will have to remain seated and each ticket will have a specific seat allocated.
"Ongoing non-compliance with seating rules by patrons will be recorded by security via RFID wristband and calculated as a 'three strikes and you're out' rule communicated to all patrons on event website, ticketing process, signage and PA announcement," the plan stated.
All four zones will fit into a rectangular shape, with a stage located at each end and a rotating one in the middle.
The four zones have been designed to allow for social distancing and restrict mingling of patrons.
Each zone will have its own bar, toilets, food trucks, first aid and free fresh drinking water to ensure patrons do not have to enter another zone.
There will also be a number of planned road closures at various times on the two days of the festival, which the plan stated was "to minimise vehicle/ pedestrian collision risk and assist pedestrian flow".
These include Carters Lane, Squires Way, Pioneer Road and Elliots Road.
