The Farm's Market has run on the first Sunday of every month for the past six years.
Organiser Jess Smith said she was "devastated" that Reflections Holiday Park would not renew the licence to hold the markets on their property.
Cameron Tynan, Reflections Holiday Parks executive manager operations, said the decision was made because the markets were unable to comply with Reflections' COVID-Safe plan.
"The market operator made the decision that running the markets, in accordance with the required COVID-safe plan, would not be a viable optionl," Mr Tynan said.
Ms Smith said the market had been asked to halve the number of stallholders and add extra toilets, staff, security and temp fencing.
"I wouldn't have been able to break even," she said.
"Then they said the licence would go out to tender - I was heartbroken, not just for us but for our regular stallholders. Their reasoning was everyone should have a chance to run a market up there, but if it isn't broken why fix it? We've never had a complaint."

Ms Smith said 90 per cent of stallholders were from the South Coast, and for many the monthly market was a major source of income.
Although there was a pop-up version of the market in Shellharbour over the Christmas period, Ms Smith said there were no plans for a permanent market in an alternative location.
"We want to come home - our logo is the venue," she said.
"If we were able to run them there again we'd return in a heartbeat."
Ms Smith said she had not been given a timeline of when the licence would go out to tender, or how long the approvals process might take.
Mr Tynan said Reflections would call for expressions of interest for licensed operators to conduct activities at Killalea in coming months.
"This will provide an opportunity for the market operator to submit an EOI and return to Killalea with the markets again if successful," he said. "All licensed operators are required to have COVID-safe measures in place."
