A Lake Heights woman has been charged with six offences following a crash at Figtree last month that left an Albion Park grandmother dead and three children seriously injured.

Angela Darragh, 47, died after her Holden Statesman collided with a Nissan Juke on the M1 Princes Motorway, near the Masters Road off-ramp, on the evening of March 5.
Following the initial collision, Ms Darragh's car hit a median strip before crashing into a tree.
She died at the scene.
Her 15-year-old daughter and two grandsons, aged five and 10, were airlifted to the Westmead Children's Hospital with serious injuries.
The Nissan driver, then aged 29, and her 32-year-old male passenger were uninjured.
Following an investigation into the crash, the driver of the Nissan, now 30, was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death - driving in a manner dangerous; dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm - driving in a manner dangerous; negligent driving occasioning death; negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm; and two counts of causing bodily harm by misconduct in charge of a motor vehicle.
Her licence was also suspended.
The woman was issued with a court attendance notice to appear at Wollongong Local Court in July.
