His industry expertise also includes years at Voyages Hotel & Resorts and Ayers Rock Resort Management.
Mr Baker said he was excited to be joining Reflections and to bring his background in experienced-based tourism coupled with Indigenous engagement, technology and an absolute conviction in the power of the outdoors.
Reflections Holiday Parks includes a portfolio of 37 holiday parks and 33 Reserves on Crown land in some of the best locations in NSW, including at Killalea State Park, the site of an unpopular development proposal.
As well as 15 eco-luxury cabins and a function centre, the $10 million redevelopment would include 53 fully-serviced campsites, a new playground, walking trails and outdoor equipment.
682 people paddled out to protest the development earlier this month, amidst fears it will spoil the area's pristine beauty.
