A woman has died after a head-on crash at Currarong on Saturday morning.

A police media spokesperson said the crash occurred on Currarong Road at about 10.45am on January 1.
The female driver of one vehicle, a Subaru Forester, died at the scene; she is yet to be formally identified.
The driver of the second vehicle has been taken airlifted to Wollongong Hospital as a precaution after suffering minor injuries.
The spokesperson said the crash occurred in a section of road between Kinghorn and Currarong.
They said the road was closed in both directions and was expected to remain that way for "some time".
People are urged to avoid the area.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash and will prepare a report for the coroner.
