The fine, mild weather is producing a record two weeks of trail riding, day camps and riding lessons run by six staff and many horse-loving volunteers.
Some days Julie Read and her team have turned people away because they do not want to overwork their horses, many of which have been rescued.
The ranch has about 60 horses available and would like to stock more.
But Ms Read won't let any horse get too tired.
"July is always busy here," Ms Read said.
"Winter is our peak season. And we haven't had any rain yet so it's been even busier.
"Generally it always rains at this time."
Trail leader Jodie Croker said it had been a particularly busy winter.
Bookings were already solid for weekend and weekday trail rides after the school holidays.
Ms Croker said the day camps that run during the holidays were for children 12 years old and over and covered everything they needed to know about horses.
"They learn that horse riding is not just jumping on and going," she said.
