11.45am: The pilot of an ultralight aircraft that crashed at the Illawarra Regional Airport on Monday morning has walked away unscathed.
The ultralight has been removed from the runway area.

11.10am: Emergency services are responding to reports a light aircraft has crashed at the Illawarra Regional Airport.
The incident, understood to involve an ultralight aircraft, happened at the northern end of the runway just before 11am.
Early reports indicate the aircraft had a hard landing into a ditch at the end of the runway.
One person was reportedly on board but is not believed to have been badly injured.
