Mrs Worley-Smith, of Fairy Meadow, said it was the first time she had entered five year old Lulu in a competition and was confident she would do well dressed in a green and gold tutu for Australia Day.
“I wanted to do it last year but I was too late,” she said.
“I actually made her tutu. And I dug the one I am wearing out for the occasion. It is the fun of entering and participating and Lulu loves people,” she said.
