The body of a man missing in the Kangaroo River in the Shoalhaven has been found overnight.

The 27-year-old man got into trouble around 3.40 on Sunday afternoon while swimming with friends in the river near a camp ground at Bendeela.
He was seen to disappear underwater and not resurface.
NSW Police were called to the scene and were told the man was on an inflatable mattress before he disappeared.
Other emergency services were also notified and a search started involving officers from South Coast Police District, assisted by police divers.
About 8.40pm, the body of a man, believed to be that of a 27-year-old Chinese national, was found in the water.
He is yet to be formally identified.
Officers from South Coast Police District will prepare a report for the Coroner.
