Fronting Shellharbour South Beach and offering views of the ocean, the Stage 1 release of The Beachside Collection previously sold out.
The three new oceanfront lots in Stage 2 to be offered next month range in size from 508sqm to 598sqm and are located on Bass Point Tourist Road.
They are a part of a larger offering of eight lots, of which the remaining five lots located across the street range in size from 390sqm to 453sqm.
All eight lots are located less than 100m from the future Shellharbour Marina's edge.
The three oceanfront lots will be sold via on-site auction on April 13, while the remaining lots will be sold via electronic ballot on April 18.
Registrations for the ballot will close on April 14.
For the five beachside land lots, prices range from $720,000 to $840,000.
Shell Cove is a joint development between Shellharbour City Council and Frasers Property Australia.
Glenn Colquhoun, development director Shell Cove at Frasers Property Australia said he expected strong interest in this latest release of land at The Waterfront following the sell-out of the first nine lots.
"With few opportunities to purchase beachside land in the Illawarra or Sydney regions, this limited release is an opportunity to customise your own dream beach house just steps from the sand in the ultimate lifestyle destination," he said.
"The first release of oceanfront lots in The Beachside Collection was a sell-out and we are anticipating there will be plenty of interest from buyers who missed out last time."
The Waterfront, Shell Cove is a masterplanned community, of which a focal point will be the 270-berth boat harbour and Shellharbour Marina next to the town centre, featuring a retail precinct anchored by a Woolworths supermarket and specialty shops and restaurants on the marina's edge.
Earlier this week, it was announced that contentious plans to add several hundred more homes to the Shell Cove development had won conditional support from the state's Independent Planning Commission.
Frasers sought to modify the concept plan for the Shell Cove development to boost home numbers from 1238 to 1566, as well as increase building heights in the harbour precinct on Boollwarroo Parade, Shellharbour.
On Monday, the Commission approved, subject to conditions, the proposed changes to the concept plan.
More than 200 residents had lodged objections over the proposal to significantly increase building heights and the number of apartments.
