It comes as Wollongong recorded another positive case of COVID-19 on Wednesday, sparking a frenzy at testing clinics in the region with some people waiting up to six hours.

He said long queues stretching for blocks were a health hazard in themselves, while also a deterrent for people to come forward to get tested.
"Especially for the elderly, the vulnerable and people with young children," he said.
"As a dad myself it would be very very difficult to wait in line with my two boys."
While he didn't believe lockdown style restrictions were needed yet for Wollongong, he did think Shellharbour could be grouped under the current restrictions in the near future.
"We know the movement between residents of the Shellharbour and Wollongong Local Government Areas is frequent, it's steady and happens every day," he said.
"I think that will be an issue [NSW Health] looks at over the next 24 hours."
As of Wednesday, restrictions for Wollongong and Greater Sydney household gatherings are now limited to five visitors including children; and the limit for outdoor gatherings has been reduced from 50 to 30.
