Melissa Corbacho, 40, fronted Wollongong Local Court on Wednesday where Magistrate Michael O'Brien granted her strict conditional bail.
Documents tendered to court said police started investigating the supply of heroin and 'ice' in May last year and started listening to Corbacho's alleged drug sales.
Police allege Corbacho had a number of customers who she would supply drugs to and would procure the drugs from several sources in the Illawarra from June 4 to August 24.
It is alleged Corbacho's clients would send her text messages with words similar to "have you got?" or "are you good" to see if she had the drugs.
Corbacho and her customers allegedly used common drug code words such as papers, points, rocks, slow, cold, balls and half balls to try and disguise her dealings.
On June 6 last year, Corbacho allegedly bought half an ounce, or 14.2 grams of "White China", which is a purer form of heroin, from an upline supplier in exchange for $7000.
The supplier allegedly told Corbacho he had "just picked up the cold".
Corbacho allegedly replied with "ok please please I'm dying".
A few days prior, Corbacho allegedly charged a customer $200 for half a gram of heroin.
About an hour later, Corbacho allegedly told the customer she was "going now, just had the cops hanging out da front" before she allegedly delivered the drug to his home.
Later that night, Corbacho allegedly asked her partner's brother where a large quantity of releasable plastic bags were, which police claim she needed to divide her drugs into smaller quantities to on-sell.
In court on Wednesday, Corbacho's lawyer Anthony Stewart told the court his client needed to be released to care for her partner and son, and she had been on a methadone program.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Amelia Wall opposed Corbacho's release saying there was a concern she would commit further offences as she was on bail at he time of the alleged drug supply..
Magistrate O'Brien granted strict bail ordering Corbacho to not leave her Warilla home unless in the company of her mother, to report to police twice a week, to surrender her mobile phone and not apply for a new phone.
She must not enter any international points of departure and must abstain from drugs and alcohol unless adhering her her treatment program.
The case will return to court next month.
