A Rosellas own goal helped the Blueys take a 1-0 lead into half time, and the home side were able to push on to record a convincing win at Tarrawanna Oval in round four of the Illawarra Premier League.
Josh Crapis found the back of the net after the break, while another Bellambi own goal completed the win.
While it was a disappointing loss, Bellambi won't have time to dwell on the result, as they prepare to return to Elizabeth Reserve for a catch-up game against the Sharks on Sunday.
"We had come off two good performances and we were a bit flat today. But, by the same token, Tarrawanna knocked the ball around really well so credit to them really. We were unable to match them for long periods of the game unfortunately," Allport said.
"There's a fair bit of disappointment, but we go again tomorrow against Woonona. We're just licking our wounds a little bit, but we won't have to wait too long to have another go. There's a few tired bodies, but Woonona are going to be the same. So it's not a bad feeling to have to wait for the next opportunity."
