The Maroons Origin forward and Samoan international joins fellow Queensland forward Francis Molo in switching to the Dragons next season.
"We have made no secret that strengthening our pack has been a recruitment priority for us of late and we're pleased to bring a player to the club of Jaydn's quality," Dragons general manager of football Ben Haran said.
"While only young, he is at good stage of his career having already played representative football at a State of Origin and international level.
"The most exciting thing about the recruitment of Jaydn over the coming three seasons is the extra dimension he will add to our squad."
The club has also been strongly linked to English International George Burgess and is one of several suitors for off-contract Storm forward Dale Finucane.
It continues a rapid roster overhaul, with Cam McInnes, Matt Dufty and Corey Norman all told their services weren't required for 2022.
Jack de Belin had his contract extended prior to coach Anthony Griffin's arrival, while recruits Jack Bird, Andrew McCullough and Josh McGuire are on deals heavily subsidised by their former clubs.
The club has also freed up cap space with the sacking of Paul Vaughan - who's now being linked to Canterbury - over disciplinary breaches including hosting a now infamous house party at Shellharbour.
