A man has died after being stabbed multiple times during a disturbance in a gym car park in southern Brisbane.

Police found the man in the car park on the busy intersection of Pine Mountain and Creek roads at Mansfield, after being called about 1pm on Monday.
"He was located with serious injuries and police are conducting investigations into what has occurred," a Queensland Police Service spokesperson told AAP.
The man was in critical condition but died at the scene despite frantic efforts by paramedics.
Witnesses saw multiple people fleeing the scene in a car, Nine News reported.
