Delegates of 10 VIEW clubs between Helensburgh and Kiama are attending the event, along with women from the South Coast and Southern Highlands.
VIEW stands for Voice Interests and Education of Women and the keynote speaker is 2013 Wollongong Young Citizen of the Year Jessica Sparks.
The 2013 Illawarra Women in Business (IWIB) Businesswoman of the Future has done much to help many people in recent years.
After undergoing a life-saving double lung transplant, she set up Sparking Life, dedicated to organ and tissue donation advocacy, awareness, lobbying and support for those affected.
Ms Sparks also founded the Illawarra Young Women's Network.
It provides a place for Illawarra's young women to connect with others, have a say about the region's future and highlight any support, advice or services they need.
Because of her many other volunteer, community and entrepreneurial efforts, she was named Cunningham Volunteer of the Year and one of the Foundation for Young Australians' Young Social Pioneers in 2012-2013.
Zone councillor Yvonne White said two other inspiring young women would be present.
Both have been assisted by the Smith Family Learning for Life Program.
One of them completed her HSC last year and is now enrolled at University of Western Sydney, studying for her diploma in social science (policing).
She has been supported with Learning for Life since 2007.
The other is in her fifth year at University of Wollongong, where she is studying for her bachelor of laws.
She has been supported with Learning for Life since 2006.
"VIEW Clubs of Australia is committed to supporting The Smith Family, a national charity helping young Australians in need to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves," Mrs White said.
The theme around youth will be continued, with the entertainment provided by rising young star Katherine Akele.
