The Wollongong business run by Tony and Rose Suttle was named winner of the Showcase Alliance Dealer of the Year Award at the national Luxaflex Window Fashions Alliance Conference.
The husband and wife business couple were nominated among dealers across the nation to win the prestigious award for a third consecutive time.
Their premium showroom on the corner of Towradgi Road and Pioneer Road Towradgi was described as being at the forefront of trends, embracing new technology and dedicated to improving customer experience.
Suttle Shades was also recognised for its expertise and success with Australian-made Luxaflex PolySatin Shutters.
“Taking out the top award in our business nationally for three years in a row is no easy feat,” Luxaflex Window Fashions national sales and operations manager Mark Futeran said.
“Tony and Rose should be very proud of their accomplishment. They have truly put in their heart and soul into growing the business and their passion for transforming homes into stylish and comfortable living spaces shines through”.
Mr Suttle said winning a national award once was a big deal for a small Wollongong business and a handful of staff. But to win it three times in a row as amazing and very humbling. The Suttles have worked for 20 years in the blinds and awnings industry. They have always tried to bring modern and versatile designs to the the Illawarra region.
They provide a wide range of high quality Australian-made products supplied by Luxaflex, Australia.
Mr Futeran said one of the reasons why Mr and Mrs Suttle and their team were recognised nationally was their excellent customers service.
