A 24-year-old man has been charged with drug supply after Police Transport Officers arrested him on a train between Thirroul and Wollongong.

Officers say the man was without a ticket Sunday evening and when searched it’s alleged they discovered 20 tablets believed to be the drug MDA.
The alleged offender was taken to Wollongong Police Station where he was charged with supply prohibited drug (indictable quantity), possess prohibited drug and travel without valid ticket.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Wollongong Local Court on Tuesday September 19.
