It’s variety theatre at its best – with singing, dancing and sketches sure to keep audiences entertained at the three shows at the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre on August 31 and September 1.
The ‘gang’ has been selected from various Scout Groups and Guide Units from around the region, and has spent four months in rehearsals.
Producer John Penney has been involved with the Korimul Gang Show for 29 years.
“There’s no buzz quite like the Gang Show buzz – whether backstage, on stage or watching,” he said. “The sheer joy on the faces of the cast is a sight to behold, and the audiences come back from far and wide every time.”
Evening performances start at 7pm, with a Saturday matinee from 2pm. Tickets are available through merrigong.com.au or the box office on 4224 5999.
