Everything is new at new Samaras’ site previously occupied by Inferno and Gigi’s.
The Nemer family decided they needed a bigger space because their existing restaurant is nearly always full.
The largely indoor 150 seat restaurant also means diners have more options when the weather is not suitable for dining alfresco style.
The move coincides with the 10th birthday of the eatery named after owner Mohamad Nemer’s daughter Samara.
“What we are opening is like a brand new restaurant. All the equipment is brand new. But the food will stay the same. The prices will stay the same and everything else will stay the same”.
“It is a bigger premises, more comfortable, more professional and more secure especially when it is raining. It has a bigger kitchen. We will have faster service,” Mr Nemer said.
