Don’t look at losing the weight in a few days, look at taking one, two or four weeks depending on the amount gained. The more gradually it comes off the more likely the habits you have employed to drop the weight will continue.
- If you’re not into your regular training routine try and start back this week;
- Drink plenty of water;
- Start consuming lean proteins, salads, nuts and fruits rather than the processed, calorie dense and ready-made options to ensure you are not undoing all the good work you have started;
- Always remember why you started training, never lose sight of that goal.
