A man has been charged with the murder of his wife after her body was found in the garage of their home in a suburb near Campbelltown.

A family friend called emergency services who arrived at a Carruthers Street, Minto address about 4am on Easter Sunday to find the body of a 33-year-old woman. She has not been formally identified.
Two children, aged six and 10, were asleep and unharmed inside the house.
Police roused them and took them to the station, where the officers are trying to locate family members.
A 49-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Campbelltown police station before being transferred to Fairfield Hospital where he received treatment for a hand injury.
The man was charged with murder after he was released from hospital.
He will appear at Parramatta Bail Court on Monday.
