Dozens of young children evacuated from Flinders child care centre
Dozens of young children had to be evacuated in Flinders on Friday after a kitchen fire started in a residential unit above a child care centre.

NSW Fire and Rescue crews were called to the blaze on Jindabyne Road at 9.15am.
One person was reportedly in the unit at the time the fire started.
As emergency crews worked to extinguish the blaze, 26 children were evacuated from the child care centre directly beneath as a precaution.
There were no injuries or damage caused to the centre.
