Illawarra builder Mincove Homes has taken out the contract homes category at the Master Builders NSW Regional Excellence Awards in Ulladulla.

Several employees from Mincove attended the celebration for builders in the region after entering a Shell Cove project.
In his acceptance speech director John Howle said it was Mincove Homes' 4th Master Builders Association (MBA) Award.
He said it was a testament to the outstanding quality and attention to detail that goes into each one of their homes from not only the skilled trades on site but the hard-working team behind the scenes.
The judges were impressed by the presentation of the home and made specific comments about the tiling and quality of the kitchen.
Mr Howle said the Shell Cove house features a modern, architectural facade complemented by landscaping and feature timber work.
It has intricate herringbone tiling and a well-equipped and stylish kitchen and entertaining area.
