The Oak Flats Lions Club generously donated $500 worth of toys to the drive, which ran for four weeks from July 29.
Over the next few weeks, the Disability Trust will be distributing the toy donations collected to schools throughout the Shellharbour electorate.
"I am blown away by the generosity shown by my community," Ms Watson said.
"I have received so many wonderful toy donations, I know it will make such a big difference in so many local children's lives."
The Disability Trust spokeswoman Margaret Biggs thanked Ms Watson and the generosity of the local community, in particular the Oak Flats Lions Club.
"We look forward to assisting with distributing the toys to children in Special Education and Early Intervention Units across the Shellharbour electorate," she said.
Oak Flats Lions Club president Steven Sherwood said club members were thrilled to be able to give back to the community in this way.
"The Oak Flats Lions Club is looking forward to supporting Ms Watson's Winter Toy Drive in the coming years," he said..
