Kelly has achieved considerable success throughout her career, the batter playing first-grade in Sydney and representing NSW Country and the NSW Indoor side.
Tuesday, however, will be the first time she has played on the SCG.
"It should be a great experience," Kelly said. "I've trained there a couple of times, but never played a game. All the girls are quite excited about it."
With some of Kelly's teammates still teenagers, the veteran is hoping they are able to appreciate the rarity of the opportunity.
"I'll be taking in the occasion, being on the field that all the people before us have played on, being able to be in the change rooms.
"I hope the young girls really understand the occasion, what it means to be there, the history that has gone before them."
