The club announced on Sunday morning that they had parted ways with the coaching duo following the side's 1-1 draw with Bellambi. That result followed a dour 1-0 win over Cringila to kick off their IPL campaign last weekend.
In their statement, Albion Park wrote that they would "not use the old chestnut amicable" when discussing the decision.
"The club will take complete responsibility and its inability to deal with internal issues has led to the decision," they wrote.
"We apologise to Rob and Chad and wish them the best as their coaching and professionalism has been outstanding.
"We are currently moving on replacements."
The announcement comes just nine months after former coach Jason Davkovski sensationally departed on the eve of the 2020 season.
Goran Tracjeski and Chris Peros stepped into fill the role. After a slow start, the White Eagles came home strongly to finish fifth and reach the IPL preliminary final.
However, the club announced the appointments of Birkin and Bishop during the off-season. The White Eagles were also active in signing players ahead of the 2021 season, adding the likes of former A-League defender Pedj Bojic and US Virgin Islands captain JC Mack.
In an intriguing twist, Tracjeski and Peros have now taken over as Corrimal's coaches in 2021, after the Rangers parted ways with Nathan Minutillo and Fabian Cappetta in February.
