A 40-year-old man is facing multiple charges over a fatal pedestrian crash in Stanwell Park on November 18 last year.

Brett Harris, 57, was hit by an out-of-control Toyota Hilux when it crashed down into his mother's property on Lawrence Hargrave Drive, where he was sweeping the deck.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics, before being airlifted to St George Hospital.
He died a short time later.
Specialist officers from the Crash Investigation Unit established a crime scene and the driver of the ute was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
Following inquiries, the 40-year-old man attended Oak Flats Police Station on Thursday.
He was issued a court attendee notice for the offences of dangerous drive occasioning death, negligent driving occasioning death, drive with illicit drug present in blood and not keep left of dividing line.
The man will appear in Wollongong Local Court on July 20.
