The mouth-watering showdown at PCYC will feature some of the IPL's top scoring talent, led by the likes of Cameron Morgan, Josh Macdonald, Dinko Terzic and Hikaru Kawasikya.
Park striker Morgan said he couldn't wait for the top-of-the-table contest.
"The boys are all pumped, it's a big game. Olympic are no easy opponent, they're up there for a reason and we're ready for a battle," he said.
"They've got an unbelievable line-up, they're a really strong side. So we've just got to be able to match them and I believe that we can do that, so we'll see how we go. Hopefully we're up for it and we all win our individual battles.
"But I watched them (last weekend) against Woonona and it looks like when they're under pressure, they seem to break a little bit. That will be the key for us if we can apply the pressure for 90 minutes."
It has been an intriguing start to 2021 for the White Eagles, who have dropped just one game but have already had a new coach step in. Alvin Ceccoli took over the reins in April following the sudden departures of Rob Birkin and Chad Bishop.
The change hasn't affected Morgan's form, who has found the back of the net eight times to joint lead the IPL's goal-scoring list alongside Port's Jordan Nikolovski.
Morgan enters Saturday's game full of confidence after scoring a hat-trick in a 3-1 win over Corrimal last weekend. However, the striker was happy to praise his teammates for setting up the chances, adding they were building confidence under Ceccoli.
"The team played well in the second half. The first half was a slow start for us, but we really started to gel in the second half and we're starting to play some nice football. I was just lucky to be on the end of it," Morgan said.
"I've obviously played with Alvin before and he's really good. Everyone knows that he has the football knowledge, so it's good to have someone like him to coach the boys. It's going well."
Round eight kicked off on Friday night with the battling Cringila taking on Port Kembla at Crehan Park.
The Illawarra Premier League action continues on Saturday when Bulli look to sew up their first win in three weeks when they host Coniston at Balls Paddock. Wollongong United, who remain undefeated in 2021, will take on South Coast United at Macedonia Park and the Blueys face Woonona at Tarrawanna Oval.
The round will wind up on Sunday afternoon when the Rangers - who have the top five within their sights - host Bellambi at Memorial Park.
