Just a week after they fell 5-4 in a top-of-the-table Illawarra Premier League thriller, United secured a dominant 5-0 victory.
The hosts scored two goals in the opening half, before they closed out the match with a further three in the second.
United join Port Kembla, Albion Park and Bulli in the final four of the knockout competition.
Wollongong United coach Oli Vrtkovski praised his players for putting their opponents to the sword.
"We dominated from the word go, which was pleasing to see" Vrtkovski said. "In all honesty, Olympic turned up with a second-string team which was quite disappointing to see.
"We came out injury free and it was good to get a few boys who are coming back from suspension and injury on to the park. Mason Versi tore them to shreds when he came on in the second half."
