The Illawarra side sits in eighth spot on the ladder heading into the second half of the NSW Women's NPL season. Scoring hasn't been an issue so far, with captain Michelle Carney leading the way with eight goals.
However, the Rays have been prone to conceding at the other end in 2021.
"We're still scoring goals. When people ask me how we're going, I say we keep scoring goals every game. While we have been a bit leaky at the back, we've given ourselves every opportunity to win games," Tilt said.
"I think that's what the football is about at our level. You've got to give yourselves opportunities to win every week. And obviously Carney is in great form and she keeps going on and on, and takes those chances.
"I'm very confident for this week, but the girls have got to be switched on."
