But in accordance with NSW Government's COVID-19 restrictions it will initially only be doing drive-thru, takeaway and delivery.
McDonald's operations manager Alberta D'Amico said the new restaurant is creating 100 jobs including full-time, part-time and casual roles.
She said the jobs are for people of all ages and experience levels.
There is a mix of crew, barista, management and maintenance roles," she said.
"Every McDonald's restaurant is committed to supporting the community within the area it operates through job creation, economic investment and ongoing training and development opportunities," Ms D'Amico said
McDonald's is presently hiring to fill more positions.
Ms D'Amico said the new 24-hour restaurant is fitted with modern décor and features a McCafé, dual lane drive-thru, PlayPlace and delivery partner room.
"In response to growing demand for McDelivery, the restaurant will also feature a dedicated delivery partner courier room, which will help us continue to serve contactless McDelivery to customers in the area," she said
Ms D'Amico The restaurant won't open to inside dining until the present lockdown restrictions are lifted.
