Revolution Laser Arena on Drummond Street in Spring Hill was added to NSW Health's list on Thursday after a visitor later tested positive to COVID-19.
Anyone who was at the live action gaming venue on Saturday, October 30, from noon to 5pm is a close contact.
Fully vaccinated close contacts should self-isolate for seven days, get tested straight away and again on day six, according to NSW Health advice.
For the next seven days, they are advised to work from home where possible, not attend high-risk settings - such as healthcare, aged care, disability care, early childhood centres, primary school and correctional facilities - even if it is their place of work, and get tested again on day 12.
Close contacts who are not fully vaccinated should isolate for 14 days, get tested straight away, on day six and again on day 12. Read the full health advice here.
The Spring Hill exposure site announcement comes after a Halloween haunted house party in Thirroul attended by a positive case was upgraded to a close contact exposure site.
Sunday's Thirroul Surf Life Saving Club event was attended by more than 250 people and has since forced numerous children into isolation for up to two weeks.
Meantime, Farmborough Road Public School will be non-operational on Friday after a member of the school community tested positive to the virus.
