The directive comes as 97 per cent of the more than 118,000 staff who provided their status, indicated to the department that they were fully vaccinated.
Of the staff who attested their vaccination status by Thursday, 1.5 per cent were partially vaccinated, and just over one per cent had either a medical contraindication or were not vaccinated.
"This is an excellent effort both from schools for their preparation and the teaching workforce for achieving such high vaccination rates," a Department of Education spokesperson said.
"No schools on Monday will need assistance from the department with staffing due to the vaccine mandate."
It is a similar story for Catholic schools.
Since October 18 this year, only fully vaccinated teachers and school staff have been permitted to work on site at Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong (CEDoW) schools.
"As of today, Friday 5 November, 96.7 per cent of CEDoW school staff are fully vaccinated," a spokesperson saiid.
"In accordance with the Level 3 COVID-safe settings-which take effect from Monday 8 November - only CEDoW staff, parents and carers, volunteers and providers who are fully vaccinated will be permitted on CEDoW school sites."
The good news comes just as thousands of students across the state prepare to sit for their first written HSC exam on Tuesday, November 9.
This includes Smith's Hill High School vice-captain Caitlyn Todoroski.
The last time Caitlyn spoke to the Mercury earlier this year, lockdown and the uncertainty of when the HSC was running or if the exams would proceed at all, was causing her "plenty of stress".
This time around she was just looking forward to completing her HSC and putting a "stressful almost two years" behind her.
"It has been a lot better being able to go back to school to talk to the teachers and see friends again. It was a bit of a boost to everyone's motivation I think," Caitlyn said.
"But now as we are getting closer to the exams. It is becoming a bit more real that the HSC is very close now."
Caitlyn's first exam is English Advanced on Tuesday, with her last, Extension 1 English on November 30. The HSC runs until December 3.
